Which shipping option should i choose?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. This does not include postal holidays or weekends. Please be advised that the following transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. I think my balloon is defected or has a hole, What do I do now?

Balloons are FINAL SALE. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued on any balloons. Balloons are delicate in nature and should be inflated using great care. I inspect and do quality checks on all of my balloons to make sure there are no holes prior to inflation.

I didn't receive the correct letters I ordered, now what?

Don't panic! I assure you they are the correct letters! Once the balloons are inflated they take the shape of the letters. :)

It says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it..

Please always track and be on the lookout for your package and delivery date. Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. I will NOT be held responsible for packages which are lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed. PLEASE contact the USPS immediately if the tracking states it was delivered, and you did not receive it. I will not provide replacements or refunds for any package which is marked as DELIVERED. This is an issue with USPS and should be addressed accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?
