I think my balloon is defected or has a hole, What do I do now?
Balloons are FINAL SALE. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued on any balloons. Balloons are delicate in nature and should be inflated using great care. I inspect and do quality checks on all of my balloons to make sure there are no holes prior to inflation.
I didn't receive the correct letters I ordered, now what?
Don't panic! I assure you they are the correct letters! Once the balloons are inflated they take the shape of the letters. :)
It says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it..
Please always track and be on the lookout for your package and delivery date. Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. I will NOT be held responsible for packages which are lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed. PLEASE contact the USPS immediately if the tracking states it was delivered, and you did not receive it. I will not provide replacements or refunds for any package which is marked as DELIVERED. This is an issue with USPS and should be addressed accordingly.
Can I cancel my order?

I loved these silver balloons for a baby shower. They were very easy to blow up early and transport for quicker setup. I could NOT get the air back out of the balloons though for re-use so I just threw them all away unfortunately because they take up so much space. I was very sad! I'm not sure why the air would not come back out even when I opened up the airway with the same straw used to blow them up in the beginning. Sad. But it's a great product for a baby shower.
