I think my balloon is defected or has a hole, What do I do now?
Balloons are FINAL SALE. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued on any balloons. Balloons are delicate in nature and should be inflated using great care. I inspect and do quality checks on all of my balloons to make sure there are no holes prior to inflation.
I didn't receive the correct letters I ordered, now what?
Don't panic! I assure you they are the correct letters! Once the balloons are inflated they take the shape of the letters. :)
It says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it..
Please always track and be on the lookout for your package and delivery date. Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. I will NOT be held responsible for packages which are lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed. PLEASE contact the USPS immediately if the tracking states it was delivered, and you did not receive it. I will not provide replacements or refunds for any package which is marked as DELIVERED. This is an issue with USPS and should be addressed accordingly.

The Mickey Mouse balloon is the size listed but has two faces with each side the front of Mickey. The hole to blow the balloon up is between Mickey's legs and my husband felt it was inappropriate;). It is nothing some tape can’t make disappear. The listing says that the balloon will pop if over inflated. While I don’t think our balloon was over inflated it did not last long. The side seam opened up while the birthday boy was playing with it and it quickly deflated so I would encourage keeping it away from kids. This balloon does not float as it is meant to glide across the floor. My son enjoyed having a life sized Mickey while it lasted.
